Nilaja, LLC ("Nilaja") founded by Cheryl Brooks and incorporated in 2006, is the creator of entirely unique custom specialty greeting cards and hand made designer purses and hand bags. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, since inception, Nilaja is looking to pride itself on offering unique, high quality, custom designs and products that are a true expression of art. Each greeting card and handbag is a one-of-a-kind item. Her greeting cards have been selling in 10 boutiques and specialty gift shops throughout Ohio. She launched the retail sale of her handbags last November at Skin Deep Beauty Spa. Since May, Cheryl has sold a dozen purses out of her art studio and is constantly receiving more orders. Celebrities such as HBO's "The Wire" Cassandra McCree-Walker purchased Cheryl's first bling bag and actress/comedian, Kym Whitley also received one as a birthday gift this year.
